These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the 30-Day Brand Revenue Challenge™ offered by Manny Hall & Associates.
By enrolling, purchasing, or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
The 30-Day Brand Revenue Challenge™ is an educational coaching and business development program designed to help participants improve their branding, marketing, visibility, and revenue-generating activities.
Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and implementation.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
Payment Terms
All payments are due according to the payment option selected during registration.
If a payment plan is offered:
Payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the program, coaching access, educational materials, and intellectual property provided, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
No refunds will be provided after enrollment.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through the program including:
Videos
Worksheets
Templates
Training materials
Frameworks
Presentations
Branding methodologies
remain the exclusive property of Manny Hall & Associates.
Participants may not:
Reproduce materials
Resell materials
Share login credentials
Distribute proprietary content without written permission

We make no guarantees regarding revenue, profits, business growth, contracts, funding, or financial outcomes.
Any examples, testimonials, or case studies presented are for illustrative purposes only.
Your results depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation.
Participant Conduct
Participants agree to:
Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants
Avoid disruptive behavior
Refrain from harassment or discrimination
Maintain confidentiality when appropriate
Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Manny Hall & Associates shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Business interruption
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Decisions made based on program content
Participation is at your own risk.
